Full Description: This three-story townhome is in a wonderful location, next to the Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse and Conference Center, and just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and recreation of Harbour Town.
Its entry, beyond a private courtyard, opens to a beautifully appointed living room with welcoming hues of sage green and touches of coral. Viewing the on-site swimming pool, the spacious room also features a flat screen TV, DVD, internet access and bistro-game table for four. Sliding glass doors open to the deck with grill and outdoor dining table for four.
With mirrored wall, the dining room seats six with elbow room to spare, and also sits adjacent to sliding glass doors with deck access and views of the swimming pool.
The neighboring kitchen has stone flooring and every major appliance. There’s even a nearby full-sized washer and dryer.
The second floor holds two bedrooms including one which features a king-sized bed, beach accents, white wicker furnishings and private balcony. Its bathroom has a wide vanity and tub/shower combination. The other second floor bedroom is charmingly nautical, offering twin beds, a duo of closets, ceiling fan and private bath.
Ascending to the top floor is a hand-painted mural on the wall of the landing. The third floor provides two more bedrooms, both viewing the swimming pool below. The cream and palm-hued master suite showcases lovely plantation-style furnishings, a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. In maritime tones of slate and red, the fourth bedroom also holds a king-sized bed and ceiling fan; and, there’s a whimsical hand-painted oceanic mural on the wall as well. Its bath holds a wide vanity and tub/shower combo.
The on-site swimming pool is available exclusively to guests of Harbour Town Club Villas, with convenient proximity to Sea Pines’ incredible sports offerings. The Sea Pines Beach Club is also only a short bike ride away.
