Full Description: This fabulous, professionally decorated home is completely enchanting from the moment you enter its gracious stone foyer with ceiling-high windows that reveal the backyard’s swimming pool and lush landscaping. An open and light-filled living room is thoroughly inviting, showcasing soft leather seating in hues of espresso and butterscotch, a mother-of-pearl inlaid chess table, a stone surrounded gas fireplace with a wall-mounted flat screen TV above, plus DVD and VCR. This captivating room views the sparkling pool and leads seamlessly into the lavish dining room with table which seats eight. Next in this flowing, open space is the gourmet-quality kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, copper and tan granite countertops with counter seating for two, plus a built-in desk and internet access. Yet another living space is on the other side of the kitchen and dining room, light yet cozy, in shades of soft brown and pale turquoise, with a buttery-soft sleeper sofa and an armoire with flat screen TV and DVD. French doors lead from this room to the outdoor deck with umbrella covered table for six, and chaise lounges surrounding the pool, made private by moss-draped oaks and palmettos. Off of the family room is a full bath with glass door shower and cultured marble vanity. There is also a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer plus utility sink. Tranquil and chic, the master suite is awash in soothing hues of brown and quiet aqua and features a lovely king-sized bed, hardwood floors, a TV, DVD and stunning pool view. The spa-like master bath is truly palatial, featuring a window-surrounded soaking tub, allowing in natural light yet completely private. The bathroom also includes a tan granite double vanity, makeup area and stone glass door shower with skylight. Also downstairs is another lovely bedroom, with a similar and pleasing color scheme. This room encompasses a double bed, hardwood floors and a tropical-blade ceiling fan. Its private bath includes a tub/shower combination, stone flooring and cultured marble vanity with brushed nickel pulls and fixtures. Atop the open staircase are two more bedrooms, each roomy and well-appointed. One upstairs bedroom houses twin beds covered in sage and pale turquoise spreads, a tropical ceiling fan, two closets and a flat screen TV. Viewing the pool and Carolina landscape, the other room holds a queen-sized bed, hardwood floors and a wall-mounted TV.
