Full Description: Tucked down a quiet street, but conveniently near the action of Harbour Town, this newly refurbished Stoney Creek home offers the best of both worlds.
The black slate foyer opens to instantly reveal an open living area which showcases the home’s peaceful marsh view of water, wildlife and marsh grasses. With vaulted ceilings, the living room features plush leather seating with captain’s chairs and an L-shaped sofa, which surround a large screen TV, VCR, DVD and DVR. The living area flows to a combination dining room, with elegant seating for six.
Bright and welcoming, the kitchen is awash in pale yellow with hints of blue, and is fully appointed with every convenience including a small TV and a window-side breakfast table which seats six. White cabinetry, gray granite countertops and gunmetal pulls combine for fresh appeal. A laundry room with washer and dryer is adjacent to the kitchen.
All of the bedrooms are downstairs. The master bedroom, in muted calming hues, fronts the marsh and has deck and pool access through its sliding glass doors. The soothing room features a TV, king-sized bed, ceiling fan and private bath with marble double vanity, and a large whirlpool tub from which private marsh views can be enjoyed.
In muted hues, a second bedroom houses a queen-sized bed, TV and front yard access through sliding glass doors. Its private bathroom has tile flooring and a glass door shower. Warm and inviting, the third bedroom features twin beds in yellow and cream with blue accents, TV, VCR/DVD combo and private bath which is handicap accessible. The bathroom features a wheelchair roll-in shower, safety railings and a shower bench as well.
Upstairs is a loft with queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV with VCR and a comfortable seating area.
Surrounded by a lovely marshside deck, the privately situated swimming pool is easily accessed through sliding glass doors and can be heated for year-round enjoyment. This delightful home is only a short distance to Harbour Town and its numerous amenities.
