The sage-hued L-shaped sofa offers comfortable seating for viewing the 46” flat screen TV and DVD, and enjoying the marble fireplace. An adjacent dining room has graceful seating for six.
The fully-equipped kitchen, with a wall of windows, captivates you with its panoramic ocean views. The breakfast table for two sits next to the window, which perches you above the beach, for in-kitchen dining like you’ve never experienced before. Other kitchen amenities include a green granite countertop, stainless-steel appliances, twisted iron pulls, a mosaic tile backsplash, plus deck access. The stone-floored deck itself has a table for four, chaise lounge chairs and additional setting.
The master bedroom, also with an ocean vista, has a king-sized bed, a flat screened TV and a tropical-leaf blade ceiling fan. Its spa-like bathroom, with stone-tile wainscoting, features a double saturnia-topped vanity, a whirlpool tub and a large, glass-door shower.
In sky blue, another bedroom offers a king-sized bed and TV, with its own bath as well, housing green granite vanity and an oversized stone shower.
The third bedroom, themed nautically in white and blue with red accents, has twin beds, a TV, plus a white wicker ceiling fan and furnishings. Its private bath has a shower/tub combo, and a green granite vanity.
A den offers not only respite for reading and relaxing but also has additional sleeping accommodations with a pull-out sofa, and an elegantly appointed private bath with dark red walls, black granite vanity and stone shower. Rounding out this home’s conveniences are a full-sized washer and dryer plus an on-site swimming pool just steps away.
Turtle Lane is located next to the Sea Pines Beach Club and just a short walk to the Ocean and Heron Point golf courses.
