The kitchen opens to the spectacular living room, featuring richly hued and plush seating, a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and internet access. A dining area, also part of this room, seats four gracefully at its round wood and stone table.
Sliding glass doors reveal the back patio with seating, perched at the pinnacle of the Harbour Town yacht basin, viewing the signature red and white banded lighthouse, colorful shops and restaurants, and Calibogue Sound. Evenings beckon you to this very spot for glorious sunset-watching.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, capturing the stunning marina view as well and featuring a four-poster canopied king-sized bed, handsomely hued in black with a grey and white duvet cover. An armoire houses a TV, DVD and VCR. The master bathroom showcases a marble vanity with brushed nickel fixtures, cottage walls and a stone-surrounded shower.
The second bedroom, also upstairs, is awash in a restful fawn hue, with queen-sized bed covered in a luxe ruby-toned spread, plus ceiling fan…..and, once again, an incredible view of Harbour Town.
Sharing a bathroom with the second bedroom is the third, housing twin beds in a pleasing palate of white and sky, with cottage-white furnishings, plus a ceiling fan. In sage and white, the bathroom for these two rooms has a spacious vanity and stone tub/shower combination.
It is only a short walk from Sea Pines’ world-class sports and leisure amenities of Harbour Town Golf Links, the Sea Pines Racquet Club and the Harbour Town Pool. With Harbour Town’s shopping, dining and recreation literally outside your door, you will adore this vacation villa from the moment you arrive….departing, however, may prove more difficult!
