Uploading Videos

There are two methods for placing videos on the web site:

• Embed - this method pulls in videos from outside sources like YouTube and Google Video. You must use a special format for the video link.
• Upload - allows you to upload a video file (less than 20MB) to our server. Videos may me in the following formats: FLV, SWF, WMV, AVI, MPG, or MP3.

When you upload or embed a video you will be asked to give the video a title, description, and tags (words) that describe the video. You will also be asked to choose a video category.

Please note that videos will not be available online until they have been approved by Down South Publishers.

Reporting Videos

If you come across a video with inappropriate content, copyright violations, or a video that needs to be removed for any other reason please click on the "Report" button and we will investigate your claim.

Featured Videos

Down South Publishers will select all featured videos on the web site.

Comments and Ratings

Registered users may rate videos on a 5 Star scale and comment on the videos.

Expand / Full Screen

Clicking on the Expand button will launch the video in a new window. Video size will be enlarged based upon the size of the original video.
